Our trainer network is being carefully built so every learner gets practical guidance, meaningful feedback and a supportive learning environment.

Five live classes each week, running Saturday through Wednesday, with practical work between sessions.

Learners who meet the attendance and participation requirements receive a certificate after the final practical assessment.
Roza Khan is a passionate public speaker, writer, orator and event host with 9 years of experience in stage performances, public speaking, hosting and creative writing. Her journey in oratory includes 50+ wins across debates, speeches, JAM, poetry and other competitions.
She is a National Winner in the Classmate All-Rounder competition and has performed at IIT Kanpur, where she received a special mention. She is also a Jaipur Literature Festival winner and has had the opportunity to perform at the Taj Hotel, Mumbai.
As a writer, her English poetry has been published internationally in Glitterati Quillwithspark and featured on its cover page. Her work has also appeared in Manjula, and she is a co-author of more than four books.
Her achievements have been recognised by Dainik Bhaskar and Rajasthan Patrika in academics. She has also participated in National Youth Parliament and hosted youth festivals, summits, cultural events, poetry events and other public programmes.
At Confido Academy, Roza brings her experience as an orator, writer, performer and host to help learners develop confidence, communicate clearly and express their ideas effectively.

All classes are live online in small groups of 10–15 learners. The Public Speaking & Communication program runs five classes each week from Saturday through Wednesday.
