Why I Chose to Start So Early

Confido Academy is more than a business to me. It is a belief that people should have access to the guidance, practice and opportunities that help them grow. I wanted to build a place where learners can develop their skills, express themselves and become more confident through real practice and honest feedback.

Founder & CEO, Confido Academy

Roza Khan is a passionate public speaker, writer, orator and event host with 9 years of experience. She has earned 50+ wins across orating and related competitions, including National Winner in the Classmate All-Rounder competition, and received a special mention at IIT Kanpur. As a winner at the Jaipur Literature Festival, she had the opportunity to perform at Taj Hotel Mumbai.

Her English poetry has been published internationally in Glitterati Quillwithspark, including a cover feature, and her work appeared in Manjula. She is a co-author of more than four books, has been recognised by Dainik Bhaskar and Rajasthan Patrika in academics, and has participated in the National Youth Parliament. She has also worked with NGOs and hosted a range of events.

At Confido Academy, Roza brings her experience in speaking, writing and hosting to help learners practise communication and build confidence.

Abinash Sharma holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Tezpur University and is currently pursuing his M.Tech. As a young, passionate, and forward-thinking individual, he brings fresh perspectives, valuable insights, and a strong sense of commitment to Confido Academy. His enthusiasm for learning, practical approach to problem-solving, and thoughtful advice make him a valuable part of the Confido Academy team. He consistently supports the academy's growth by sharing constructive suggestions and helping guide decisions with clarity and purpose. With his dedication, positive mindset, and passion for continuous improvement, Abinash contributes to Confido Academy's vision of building a trusted, growth-oriented, and student-focused institution.
